Product Description
Aluminum and other metal wall panels are a popular choice for interior and exterior commercial use. These panels are often found on large office buildings or big retail centers. An aluminum wall panel provides a sleek and stylish look, but also provides insulation. A true sandwich structure, an aluminum wall panel most often has a polyurethane foam core, bonded between the aluminum skins and aluminized paper. Attractive, reasonably priced, easy to install and providing insulation, metal wall panels are increasingly being used in new construction.
Self-supporting metal panel, insulated with Polyisocyanurate (PIR) or Polyurethane rigid foam (PUR), for use as cladding of residential, commercial, industrial, cold storages, clean rooms and civil buildings. The panels are manufactured with metal sheets and aluminized paper, slightly corrugated in galvanised steel and pre-painted. The thermal insulation in Polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam may have a thickness from 16mm to 50mm depending on the environmental conditions of the location of installation.
Maintenance: All walls even those made with metal panels require periodical maintenance. It is recommended a thorough inspection of the building, at least yearly, in order to check the condition. It is also recommended, in order to maintain the aesthetic characteristics and prolong the efficiency of the protective coating, a regular cleaning of the panels with special attention to areas not subjected to the washing action of rain water where it can form concentrations substances for the metal support. It is necessary to proceed with an immediate extraordinary intervention, when the inspections have discovered a problem, in order to restore the initial conditions.
